Emotional Resilience report #Day1

 Hello Friends!

Yesterday, I wrote down those thoughts about my experience that I have believed for so many years - the lies.


Then, when I went to write the truths, I didn't always like what the opposite of my lie would be. So, I looked up some of the antonyms and also some synonyms, depending on how the lie was worded. It helped me come up with truth statements that resonated more with me. 

I did set alarms to go off every hour. However, I didn't always have my phone near me. I think I missed one or two, but I still said them when I remembered. All in all I think it went pretty well!
