Quick Forgive Tool: (Another tool I learned from Becky Edwards)

  • I forgive myself for __________
  • I love myself for ____________
  • Now I choose ______________
An example of how to use this tool is in the video. 

You can also use this tool to quickly forgive others as well. 

Each of these tools that we are learning can go in your emotional resilience toolbox. As things come up in your life you can choose a tool or tools that will help you with that particular situation. 

Here are the tools that we have learned so far:

  • Truths & Lies (Truth Statements)
  • Gratitude
  • Serve
  • Crazy Happiness
  • Release & Refill
  • Prayer (mentioned in one of my recent posts)
  • And now Quick Forgive
