Emotional Resilience: Quick Forgive #Week6Day5

Hello Friends! 

Again I didn't even try to think of what I needed to forgive until right before I went to bed. 😕

I think I'm going to try something different today and tomorrow. I'm going to attach it to something else I'm already doing. For instance, while I am preparing my lunch I will ponder about who and what I need to forgive. And do the quick forgive then instead of waiting until I'm ready to get into bed and I'm tired. 

What are you doing that is helping you implement these tools?
