Hello Friends!
When I used the release part of the tool yesterday, I set my timer for five minutes and started writing. The timer went off and I still had more to get out so I went for another five minutes. After that, I set it for another five minutes. I didn't use that whole five minutes before I decided that I was done.
My penmanship was not pretty. I didn't care. I was just trying to get all my thoughts out as quickly as possible knowing that I was going to destroy the paper anyway. 😄 Afterwards, I did repeat a mantra or two and then I turned on some music and did a crazy happy dance. Like I said before, doing a crazy happy dance brings a smile to my face.
As I was thinking about the different emotions that we have I thought of another one that seems to come up a lot, actually two more...fear and worry.
